Pascal Blacque-Belair offers more than 20 years of combined experience in international finance and real estate acquisition and investment. He handles a wide range of property transactions in the residential and commercial markets including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, and investment properties.
Prior to his real estate career, Pascal, who is fluent in French, worked in international and corporate finance at the World Bank, the U.S. State Department and Morgan Stanley. As a result, he is focused on the investment value in the selection of appropriate properties for his clients. Given his extensive experience in finance and estate planning, Pascal is particularly adept at evaluating and marketing residential and commercial investment properties.
As a 40-year resident of Manhattan, Pascal’s personal and professional knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market are complemented by a highly developed sense of property value. His clients are well-served by his financial sensitivity to market trends, attention to detail and finely honed negotiation skills.
Pascal began his real estate career in 1999. He spent several years with commercial and real estate investment firms where he transacted the sale of buildings and development sites. Prior to joining Brown Harris Stevens, he worked for a luxury residential brokerage firm where he sold high-end penthouses and lofts throughout the downtown market.
Pascal earned his Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York, Inc.
