His years of experience in the United States, Europe and East Asia, as well as his multilingual background, have enabled him to build powerful international alliances for the many companies he has served. He has been a member, for over five years, of the Board of Directors of RKO Pictures, the oldest continuously operating motion picture production company. Engelhardt recently completed a five year term as a member of the Board of Directors of Société Générale de Financement du Québec, a diversified investment fund, and of Miranda Technologies, a leading provider of solutions to the global broadcast industry. In addition, Engelhardt has served on the advisory boards of SGF Tech, Kasenna, Acacia Research, Florida National Bank and Sensei Partners. He currently serves as Chairman of the Content Advisory Board of the Internet Streaming Media Alliance, as a strategic advisor to the President of the OQUIRRH Institute, and is a founding member of the High Technology Council of the Western Governors Association. Previously, Mr. Engelhardt served as President and CEO of MDvista, a provider of healthcare solutions. He also was Senior Advisor to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI), Vice President of Strategic Relations, and a member of the company's senior executive team. Before joining SGI, he was technology advisor to Producer Rick McCallum at Lucasfilm Ltd., developing the worldwide digital production strategy for Star Wars. Throughout his career, Engelhardt has served as strategic advisor to the leadership of many global companies, including Air France, AT&T, Digital Equipment, Gulf+Western, Hewlett-Packard and Viacom. During two earlier decades in the Wall Street community, Mr. Engelhardt had a successful career in corporate finance and mortgage brokerage. In addition to several board memberships within the financial and philanthropic communities, he served as president of investment affiliates of Banque Paribas - this following ten years at Lehman Brothers and its subsidiaries. Mr. Engelhardt acted as an advisor on special tax matters to the administration of President Gerald Ford. He has long been active in state and local government initiatives, as well as numerous community projects. ********************************************************* Andre Cappon is president and founding partner of the CBM Group, Inc. He has over twenty years' experience as a consultant to financial services companies. Prior to founding the CBM Group, he was a senior partner of Oliver, Wyman & Co., a Vice-President and shareholder of Booz, Allen and Hamilton, Inc., a manager with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). He began his career as an analyst for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Mr. Cappon graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), with a B.Sc. in Mathematics and from Columbia University, with an M.S. in Operations Research.
